Applications are to report to the allotted test centre at least 45 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the test.
Neither any applicant will be admitted 15 minutes after the commencement of the test nor any extra time granted for completing the test.
Application are to be in possession of the following when reporting to the test centre :
Document : Admit Card duly filed & endorsed.
Writing Material : Ball Point Pen, HB Pencils, Eraser, Sharpener.
The Test Room will be opened about 30 minutes before the commencement of the test. The applicants are to be seated at the allotted place.
The application will be provided a sealed Question Booklet and an Answer Sheet. Please do not open the Question Booklet until announced.
Please fill up the necessary information in the space provided on the cover of the question Booklet and the Answer Sheet before commencement of the test.
The applicants are to sign the attendance sheet during the test.
Admit Card will be verified during the test. The Admit Card will be given to the applicants as proof of his/her appearance in the test. Please ensure that this is dully signed by the invigilator.
The duration of the test is 2 hours. There will be 100 questions. Each question will have four options marked (1), (2), (3) and (4),
Answer are to be marked on the Answer sheet which will be provided separately.
Each question carries four marks. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. One mark will be deducted from totoal score for every wrong answer.
Although CET stresses on accuracy more than speed. It is important to use the allotted time wisely. Make every effort to peace yourself by making yourself familiar with the mechanics of the test. Rough work, if any, is to be done on the Question Booklet only. No separate sheet will be provided/ used for rough work.
Although Calculators, Pagers, Mobile or any other electronic gadget are not permitted inside the Test Room during the commencement of test.
Appropriate civil/Criminal proceedings will be initiated against applicant found taking or attempting to take the full or part of the Question Booklet or Answer Sheet outside the test Room. Applicant will be allowed to leave the test Room after the completion of test and only after permitted by the invigilator.
All dispute pertaining to any aspect of the test will be settled through an Arbitrator, who shall be appointed by AINECS. Further, all legal cases pertaining to any matter of the test will be dealt with under the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
Minimum eligibility criteria for appearing in the CET is successful completion of 10+2 examination. Result awaited candidates can also appear for CET. Their admission to the course will subject to successful completion of 10+2 examination.
Maximum number of seats at each Authorised Study Centre (ASC) will be 100 only.

Admission to the course will be purely on merit basis. Successful applicants in the C.I.M.A. Entrance Test (CET) will be sent an intimation letter for counseling. 100 marks will be reserved for counseling, Merit list from total score of 500 marks ( 400 marks from CET & 100 marks from counseling) will entitle an applicant for admission to Corporate Integrated Management Accounts (C.I.M.A.) course.
N-ECS will remain the sole authority in deciding the final admission to the one year Autonomous Course C.I.M.A.
A candidate admitted in C.I.M.A. course can be suspended/terminate/ relieved from the course on disciplinary grounds, non-performance academically & irregular attendance.
CET is an objective type test designed and developed to ascertain the aptitude of the candidates to undergo C.I.M.A. course. Aptitude is the potential of an individual to perform subsequent to proper training. Therefore CET is designed to identify the potential of the candidate. The CET has four sections, each section having twenty-five questions. The total 100 questions are to be attempted over 120 minutes. The test structure is given below :

Reasoning : Coding/De-coding, Series, Direction test, Blood Relation, Logical Venn Diagram and Missing Characters.
General Knowledge/General Studies : Current Affairs, News Rounds, Multiple Choice Question,. Abbreviations and Sports.
